In the event that a charity elects not to create an account, a paper check is sent directly to the registered headquarters of the nonprofit. In either case, the full amount of all donations along with a detailed report of individual donations is provided to the charity.

Payouts are processed within 30 days of the close of each month, whether thats an electronic distribution or a paper check being sent out. Electronic transfers and mailed checks may take 2-7 days to complete/arrive. Checks are only sent out once a nonprofit has accumulated at least $10 in donations.

When a donor makes a donation to a Charity Crowdfunder, they immediately receive an email receipt from GivingBlox, with the name of the charity, it's EIN, and the amount donated clearly listed. This receipt is a confirmation of your donation and may be used for tax purposes.

Your credit card statement may show a charge from "GivingBlox", simply because we are the payment intermediate. It does not indicate that your donation was retained by GivingBlox. Your email receipt clearely indicates the charity that you donated to and the actual destination of your donation.

Contact GivingBlox support at info@givingblox.com and we'll walk you through the steps of opting out. Upon opting out, no new donations will be accepted for any active Charity Crowdfunders, and no new Charity Crowdfunders can be created for your charity. However, any donations that have been collected to the date of opt out will still be distributed to you.
